Information we collect
Account and business profile details, territory requests, verified votes, payment references supplied by Stripe, notification preferences, and measured advertising events such as impressions and clicks. We also use a pseudonymous, first-party cookie to calculate aggregate live-visitor and seven-day site statistics; it does not identify you personally. BIDDOM does not store full card details.
How we use it
To operate accounts, publish paid advertising, calculate server-authoritative rankings, prevent vote and payment abuse, deliver notifications, provide advertiser analytics and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and retention
Supabase, Stripe, Resend and hosting providers process data to deliver the service. Records are retained only as needed for operations, audit, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Public business profiles, rankings and winner history are intentionally visible.
Your choices
You may manage notification preferences and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some payment, competition and audit records must be retained.
