Terms of service
Launch-ready working draft · last updated 26 August 2026
The service
BIDDOM provides competitive digital advertising placements, public profiles, rankings, community recognition and sponsor inventory. No transaction transfers ownership of a town, city, county or territory.
Advertiser responsibility
Advertisers must provide lawful, accurate content, hold the necessary rights, keep account access secure and comply with the advertising and competition rules.
Payments and ranking
A placement becomes active only after server-side payment confirmation. Failed, disputed or refunded amounts do not count. BIDDOM may pause a competition to protect integrity and will preserve an audit record.
Availability and moderation
Map inventory, sponsor slots and territories can be activated, paused or retired by authorised operators. Paid creative publishes automatically and may later be removed under the advertising rules.
Liability and law
BIDDOM will use reasonable care in providing measured digital exposure but does not guarantee sales, leads or uninterrupted availability. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
